Two Ways to Start Your Inquiry

You do not need to fill the full RFQ form on your first message. Pick whichever is closer to how ready your inquiry is right now:

Fast track — WhatsApp (about 30 seconds, 1 message)

Good if: you have a forklift model and maybe a few OE numbers, but not a full list yet.
What to send: the forklift model, destination country, and what you are trying to fix or replace. A nameplate photo is a plus.
What we do: reply with clarification questions and work through the match with you on chat.
Best for: urgent breakdown parts, first-time inquiries, buyers who prefer chat over forms.

Detailed track — Full RFQ form below (about 3 minutes, 15 fields)

Good if: you already have a structured parts list, an Excel file, or a complete specification.
What to send: forklift model, serial number, engine model, OE references, quantities, destination country, logistics preference (LCL / FCL), and urgency. Attach nameplate / part photos or Excel list as needed.
What we do: cross-check every line, prepare a proforma invoice with packaging and lead time, and return an export-ready quote.
Best for: scheduled bulk orders, distributor replenishment, multi-line parts requests.
